Instructions for removing your personal data from Brawn Design applications
To protect your privacy and ensure only authorized users can delete account data, deletion must be performed from within the application while logged into your account. This verification step prevents unauthorized access to your data and confirms your identity before any permanent action is taken.
Launch the Brawn Design app where your account exists (e.g., Festival of Food, EatingIntel).
Sign in with your credentials to verify your identity and access your account settings.
Tap the Settings icon or menu option within the app.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap the "Delete Account" option.
Review the information presented and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Upon successful completion of the account deletion process:
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. However, please allow up to 30 days for complete removal from all backup systems and third-party service providers. During this period, your data will be inaccessible and queued for permanent deletion.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and you will lose access to all associated data, purchase history, saved preferences, and app-specific content. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
